Banking relationships were also formed with Interpolitan Money and Mashreq Bank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n To develop a solid structure, with aspirations to build a unicorn and execute a future IPO, Verchool needed a stellar global team with reputational capital. Verchool started with the onboarding of a world-class CTO (Ex Oracle & Siebel) and built a global leadership and tech team with members from 8 countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Verchool started with a Founders\/Angel round of $500,000 as start-up capital to develop their Enterprise B2B Tech Stack, with intelligence acquired from the Boards of large organizations and governments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Verchool then embarked on building a Global Advisory Board and in March 2023, a total of 16 members have joined the Verchool Advisory Board, with *4 seats remaining.<\/p>\n\n\n\n With the collective intelligence of the Advisory Board, Verchool has built a detailed business plan to enable the company to achieve $1.2b in revenues with a 15% EBIT by 2030, and conclude with a IPO listing on Nasdaq.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In the last 9 months, Verchool has connected with 750 board decision-makers from government institutions, large corporates and family business conglomerates in the Middle East, Africa and South Asia region.
